New York Knicks Video: Watch Derrick Brown Finish Strong Against the Raptors

Who says that a Mike D'Antoni led team cannot play defense?

In last night's victory over the Toronto Raptors, the New York Knicks got a big steal by Toney Douglas to help lead a fast break that would result in a massive throwdown.

Yet, the play was not capped off by who you may have guessed.

It was not thrown down by Carmelo Anthony or Amar'e Stoudemire (although the latter played his part), but rather Derrick Brown.

Seriously, Derrick Brown.

The second-year player out of Xavier may only average a few points per game, but he certainly made his presence known in last night's big win. Brown actually finished last night's 131-118 win with seven points, but none were more thunderous than the two that finished a strong defensive play by the Knicks.

Yes, apparently the Knicks are capable of playing defense from time to time.

Hey, even a broken clock is right a couple of times per day.
