Nabokov Stellar in 5-0 Shutout Victory

The kids from Colorado skated off the ice last night like teenage boys having their hearts broken for the first time.

With a fatherly arm around them, the Sharks can say "Cheer up there son.  Your time will come.  We know exactly how you're feeling and it's not easy."

There're plenty of other fish in the sea.

Just don't mess with the Sharks!

San Jose showed the kind of dominance they did in Game 3 except this time the puck was bouncing into the appropriate net.

Five times the Sharks scored, burying every chance they were given and chasing Craig Anderson from the pipes.

Evgeni Nabokov turned in a stellar performance stopping all 28 shots for a shut out.

Now the Sharks get to go back to Colorado and take care of the Avalanche in Game 6.

With every playoff series in the West a tightly contested series... The Sharks can hold their heads high after rebounding from a first game loss and a Game 3 overtime fluke goal.

In fact, every victory for the Avalanche so far in this series has been fluky and let's all pray as Sharks fans that the proverbial poison from the proverb ...
