Anaheim Ducks End Road Trip on High Note Going Into All-Star Break

For the Anaheim Ducks, Tuesday's 3-2 triumph over Columbus was the perfect way to end their four-game road trip before a much-deserved All-Star break.  

Anaheim absolutely struggled on the most recent series of away games, with all three of their wins coming with just a one-goal difference in the final score, two of the three wins coming in shootouts.  

Some clear standouts from this week-long road-trip included goalie, Jonas Hiller, Bobby Ryan, Corey Perry, and Teemu Selanne.

With two of the aforementioned standouts, specifically Perry and Hiller, spending their break in North Carolina to participate in the All-Star game, Ducks fans still have plenty of things to look forward to during the All-Star weekend.  

Before looking too far forward into the upcoming weekend, looking back over the past road trip will be helpful to see what they need to continue doing or what needs to change to in the playoff hunt.

With the announcement coming that Ryan Getzlaf will be ready to play just a week or so after the season restarts after the All-Star break, Anaheim absolutely has something to look forward to.
