2010 NHL Draft: RT Ranks the Best Prospects

Here is the 2010 edition of RT's (Matthew Rutledge-Taylor's) annual NHL draft rankings.

The following list is a composite of various sources including: NHL Central Scouting (CS), International Scouting Services (IIS), The Hockey News (THN), and The Sports Network (TSN).

As we all know, any player can be taken with any pick.  The order that players are drafted often doesn't resemble any previously compiled rankings. 

With that in mind, I've added comments to players who have a chance to be taken earlier than they would according to their ranking listed here. 

Also, players that have been consistently ranked around the same number by various sources are listed as locks to be drafted in a certain range of picks.
