These words are not often used together in a sentence: The Philadelphia 76ers convincingly won a basketball game Saturday night.

Led by Jahlil Okafor's game-high 25 points and 10 rebounds, the Sixers won their fifth game of the year, 114-89, over the Portland Trail Blazers to snap Portland's three-game winning streak.

From the opening tip, it was a dominant display by Philadelphia, which hasn't been the norm this year. The Sixers took a 29-17 lead in the first quarter, which set the tone for their strong defensive play. Portland shot 39 percent from the floor and made five of 29 attempts from three-point range.

Even more impressive was the work Philly did against All-Star guard Damian Lillard, who had scored 30 or more points in three of his last four games coming into Saturday. But Philadelphia held Lillard to 14 points on 4-of-18 shooting.

Meanwhile, the Sixers had one of their better offensive performances of the season, shooting 55 percent from the floor. Perhaps it helped that hip-hop's power couple of Nicki Minaj and Philly rap star Meek Mill was in attendance, per Jessica Camerato of CSN Philly ...
