Rookies. Some people love them and some hate them. However, it is hard to deny that everyone isn't at least intrigued to watch them grow in their professional leagues. Here are the top ten rookies to watch this fall in the NFL and the NBA:

NFL

Ryan Matthews: With LaDanian Tomlinson gone, expect Matthews to carry the load. C.J Spiller: Marshawn Lynch has a tough time staying on the field, which will help Spiller get many carries. We all know what he is capable of when he gets one in the open field too. Ndamukong Suh: There has not been a dominant defensive tackle like Suh to takeover the college game in a while. Hopefully his contract issues will not prevent him from continuing this type of play. Eric Berry: Many compare him to Ed Reed and if that is true, watch out. Gerald McCoy: Tampa Bay knows how to use good athletes and McCoy has elite-level athleticism. Dez Bryant: Despite issues with carrying Roy Williams' pads, Bryant shouldn't have any issues taking his spotlight.
