Stern Wrong to Suspend Arenas, Unfit to Lead NBA as Commissioner

National Basketball Association commissioner David Stern thinks he's above the law once again. It's time for the NBA players and fans to take a stand against Stern and his constant antics of throwing his own players under the bus because of America's infatuation with political correctness.

Stern, despite Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas not being charged with any crime, has suspended the NBA gunslinger indefinitely following allegations that Arenas pulled an unloaded firearm on teammate Javaris Crittenton. Despite the Washington Post reporting that Crittenton loaded a firearm in retaliation, Crittenton has not yet been suspended by the NBA.

Why is Stern making an example out of Arenas? Arenas has yet to be charged with a crime from federal or local authorities for bringing unloaded guns into the Wizards locker room in December.

Arenas has been convicted of a crime without receiving a fair trial. In this case, Stern is the judge, jury, and in what is becoming an increasingly likely scenario, the executioner of Arenas' NBA career.
