With the NBA's Feb. 18 trade deadline sitting on the horizon, everyone should be moving out of self-assessment mode and into target identification. For the savviest of squads, that means not only spotting weaknesses, but also scanning for cost-effective ways to address them.

For starters, we've scanned the market to see what's up for sale. No one appearing here comes without a connection to the rumor mill.
