Phoenix Suns vs. Philadelphia 76ers: Vince Carter Debuts for Phoenix Tonight

The Phoenix Suns will look to snap a three-game losing streak when they host the Philadelphia 76ers tonight. Phoenix lost 108-103 Sunday at the Clippers and are now a season-low three games under .500 (13-16). Philadelphia also comes into the game off a loss, as they fell 110-95 at Golden State on Monday. With the loss the Warriors fell to 2-3 on their current eight-game road trip. Tip-off is set for 9:00 ET and our NBA spreads indicate that the Suns are favored by 5-points over the 76ers at home.

The Suns have yet to win with the players they recently acquired in a trade with the Orlando Magic, but they are hoping that will quickly change. Vince Carter is expected to make his Suns debut tonight, but its unclear just how much he will play.

Phoenix has to be liking what they saw from Mickael Pietrus and Marcin Gortat in their loss to the Clippers. Pietrus scored 25 points in 27 minutes as he he hit five of eight from three-point range. Gortat had 11 points and five rebounds in the same amount of time. The two had just six points combined in their first game against the Heat.
