Orlando Summer League 2016 Championship: Score and Twitter Reaction

The second championship of the 2016 NBA Summer League cycle went to the Orlando Magic (White) on Friday.

All five starters scored in double figures, and Justin Dentmon hit an off-balance three-pointer with 3.7 seconds remaining to give his team an 87-84 win over the Detroit Pistons in the Orlando Summer League title game.

Dentmon's three-pointer accounted for the only points scored in the overtime period. He finished with 16 points and nine assists, helping lead Orlando to a 5-0 record before its home crowd.

SB Nation's Detroit Bad Boys commented on the shot:



"They used to call us the underdogs, but we found a better name—the Replacements," Dentmon said, per Will Ogburn of Orlando Pinstriped Post. "In the movie The Replacements, they came together and they won, just like us. We came together, we rallied together and we won."
