Knicks 115, Bulls 107—Final

Kristaps Porzingis tied a career high with 29 points, and the New York Knicks knocked off the Chicago Bulls 115-107 Wednesday at the United Center.

The Latvian rookie connected on 11-of-15 shots, including a 3-of-5 mark from three-point range. He added 10 rebounds, recording his first double-double since Feb. 7.

Carmelo Anthony, who delivered the dagger with a late triple to give New York (29-43) a 112-101 lead, added 24 points and five assists. Arron Afflalo tallied 12 points, eight boards and seven assists off the bench.

Chicago (36-34) started fast but stumbled into the fourth quarter. Jimmy Butler and Pau Gasol managed just 11 combined points in 60 total minutes.

Nikola Mirotic almost single-handedly assembled a comeback, pouring in a career-best 35 points and tying a franchise record with nine trifectas. However, the team's atrocious defense allowed the Knicks to shoot 51.7 overall and earn the victory.
