New Jersey Nets Win, Forget Breaking Sixers Record

Nets CEO Brett Yomark lost it on Monday night when he confronted a frustrated fan wearing a paper bag at courtside. With the way this season has gone for the Nets, Yomark knows what's at stake with the team approaching history each passing game.

Yomark can smile about what happened tonight. The Nets earned their eighth victory tonight by defeating the Kings, 93-79, at the Izod Center.

The Nets will likely not break the record for most losses in a season. It's hard to believe it would happen in the first place anyway.

This team has enough good players to not achieve this ignominious feat.

In fact, shame on those guys for even having eight wins this season not to mention starting off the season with the most consecutive losses ever.

The Nets could have been a playoff team with the right coaching. In this crappy Eastern Conference, it's hard to believe this team was out of it so early.
