J.J. Redick's stock in Orlando may have just taken a dive.

With the Magic down three and the time winding down, Redick pulled down a rebound and attempted to move the ball past the half-court line.

He failed to do so and proceeded to call a timeout with three and a half seconds remaining.

Oh, J.J.

If Redick would have called the timeout immediately, the Magic would have been able to inbound the ball from the Celtics' side of the court.

Instead, Redick then inbounded to Jameer Nelson, who was five feet behind the half court line, and all Nelson could do was to heave the ball from near half court.

The Magic cannot blame this game on Redick's miscue.  Boston is back in the championship fold.  They are gaining the respect they lost this year with every win.

Rajon Rondo scored 28 points to go with eight assists and only two turnovers, while playing 46 minutes.

Rondo's brilliant play led the Celtics, while Paul Pierce knocked in 28 points to go with five rebounds and five assists.

Redick deserves a little praise after his misfortune, and Ray Allen's non-exi ...
