NBA Playoffs 2010: Phoenix Suns Showing They Mean Business This Year

The Phoenix Suns have been ridiculed for the past few years. They have never been considered serious since they always lose. They always come close, but never make it.

With such a squad they had last year, people mocked Phoenix. They were unable to make the postseason with such an advanced squad.

The squad is still advanced, and now, there is definitely no more mocking. The Suns began the first round with a surprising defeat from the Trail Blazers. That's when all seriousness began to fade.

All of a sudden.

I thought the Suns would choke again, but they advanced. With that, it seemed like they didn't stand a chance against the San Antonio Spurs. Many believed the Spurs in six or seven games.

Now the Suns are the ones talking, already leading the series 3-0. The Spurs played tough and Goran Dragic came up out of nowhere. Many experts already had the Spurs in six or seven.

ESPN.com experts had the Spurs winning. Only two out of ten ESPN NBA experts picked the Suns...in seven games, though. Now the Suns are here looking to sweep them tonight.
