Dwyane Wade has made it clear he wants to stay in Miami, but he's been been just as clear as to what his team needs to do to keep him.
So Wade will explore other options just in case, and he is currently in Chicago, where he is expected to meet with the Bulls.
Chicago is Wade's hometown and to many it seems his main option outside of Miami, as Chicago has a strong base of players in place that could win a championship.
His ex-wife and children are also currently living in the area.
Amar'e Stoudemire
The Heat made an attempt during the midseason trade deadline in February to make a move for Stoudemire, but he made the decision to stay with Phoenix where he had a great postseason run.
Wade is unlikely to be content with just Stoudemire joining the team, as he is not only a secondary player but clearly on the downside of his career.
The Heat met with Stoudemire just after midnight, and sources say the meeting was very well-received by both parties, although no contract was offered.
