Minnesota Timberwolves: Anthony Tolliver Narrows It to Two

Anthony Tolliver has said that he expects to sign with either the Golden State Warriors or the Minnesota Timberwolves sometime within the next couple of days. Tolliver is expecting to sign a multi-year deal. Once the teams finalize their offers, Tolliver will decide where he will play next season.

Tolliver has been quoted saying, “I would love to go back to Golden State and be part of their core, but at the end of the day I’m in business to further myself and my family.”

If the Timberwolves offer him a solid multi-year deal, my guess is that he will end up in Minnesota. Tolliver averaged 12 points with seven rebounds a game last season for the Warriors while playing in Don Nelson's uptempo system. Tolliver is used to playing in a fast paced offense, and his adjustment to Kurt Rambis’ offense shouldn’t be a tough one.
