Lakers Fans’ Worst Nightmare: If Kobe Bryant had Become a Chicago Bull

In 2007, Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant decided to request a trade because he felt that management wasn't making the right moves to build a championship team.

The Chicago Bulls were rumored to have the best shot at acquiring him since they possessed an abundance of young talent.

The Bulls were said to have offered anyone on their roster except for Luol Deng, who for some reason was considered untouchable.

Anyway, Bryant initially wanted to play in Chicago, but changed his mind after seeing how much the Bulls would be giving up in the deal. He believed there wouldn't be enough talent left to win a championship.

So, Bryant remained in L.A. and after the Lakers picked up Pau Gasol, they reached the NBA Finals in 2008 and won it all in 2009. Lakers fans breathed a sigh of relief.

But, what if Bryant had ended up in Chicago?

Well, first off, it would be pretty weird seeing him in a Bulls uniform instead of the familiar purple-and-gold.

And what jersey number would he choose to wear? Would he keep his usual 24, go back to his old 8, or request to wear Michael Jordan's infamous 45? Heck, he might have ...
