James Records Only 2nd Triple-Double of 2015-16 Season

Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James recorded his second triple-double of the season in Monday's 124-91 home win over the Denver Nuggets, finishing with 33 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists over 33 minutes, per NBA.com/Stats.

In addition to the gaudy counting stats, James turned in a remarkably efficient performance, making 12 of his 19 field-goal attempts while turning the ball over just three times.

Though it was only his second such outing of the season, James leads all active players with his 41 career triple-doubles, sitting well ahead of Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook (33), Sacramento Kings guard Rajon Rondo (27) and Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant (21), per Sportsnet Stats.

James also has 19 career triple-doubles that include 30-plus points, giving him the most of any player over the past three seasons, with Michael Jordan (14) ranking second and Magic Johnson (12) third, per ESPN Stats & Info.
