Kevin Love had his first really good game as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, leading them to a 109-97 victory against the Indiana Pacers, Saturday at the Quicken Loans Arena.

Love was averaging 16 points coming into the game. He scored that many in the first quarter alone, and finished with a game-high 28 on 9-of-13 shooting. He also grabbed 10 boards.

Kyrie Irving and Tristan Thompson also posted double-doubles for the Cavs. Irving went for 24 points and 10 rebounds. Thompson had 13 points and 11 rebounds.

LeBron James played the role of facilitator again, scoring 19 points and handing out a game-high seven assists.

The Pacers battled back from a 19-point deficit in the first quarter, cutting it all the way down to two in the second. They simply didn't have enough firepower to complete the comeback.

David West led the way with 14 points in his second game back from injury.

The Pacers will continue their road trip, Tuesday, against the Phoenix Suns at 9 p.m. ET. The Cavaliers will be at home to take on the Milwaukee Bucks, Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET.
