Harden Records 2nd Triple-Double of Season in Win over Mavericks

Houston Rockets guard James Harden recorded his second triple-double of the season (and week) in Sunday's 115-104 win over the in-state rival Dallas Mavericks, producing 23 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists over 36 minutes, with a pair of blocks and only two turnovers, per the Rockets' official twitter account.

Harden's huge outing was instrumental in helping the Rockets overcome a 58-50 halftime deficit, giving the team a second consecutive win after a stretch of three losses in four games.

His other triple-double this season came in Wednesday's 123-114 loss to the Detroit Pistons, with Harden producing a stat line—33 points, 17 rebounds and 14 assists—that previously hadn't been achieved by any player since Wilt Chamberlain (1968).

Although Sunday's outing wasn't quite as impressive, Harden was surely happy to pick up a much-needed win, especially against one of the other teams in the bottom half of the Western Conference playoff picture.
