Fans Go ‘Fishing’ for Stephen Curry’s Autograph Outside of 76ers’ Arena

As many autographs as Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry has signed in his career, he's probably never seen anything like what he saw Friday night in Philadelphia.

The Warriors are in the City of Brotherly Love for a game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday . When Curry arrived at the Wells Fargo Center for practice Friday night, there was a father-son duo waiting for him above the players' entrance.

The fans couldn't get any closer, but they managed to get the 2014-15 NBA MVP to autograph a couple of items.

The fans were able to reel in Curry's autograph after sending a jersey and a copy of Sports Illustrated down to him like they were fishermen. An idea like that is worthy of a couple of signatures.

It was clear Curry got a kick out of the fans' antics. After signing the items, the Warriors star whipped out his phone to record what was happening—because something like that is worth remembering.
