According to multiple sources, including the Washington Post and Yahoo Sports, the Washington Wizards have reached an agreement to send forward Antwan Jamison to the Cavaliers as apart of a three-team, six-player swap.

In the deal, the Cavaliers will receive the former All-Star along with Los Angels Clippers point guard Sebastian Telfair.

In return the Wizards will receive Cavs center Zydrunas Ilgauskas, along with Cleveland's first-round draft pick.  In addition, Washington will also obtain forwards Al Thorton and Brian Skinner from the Clippers.

Completing the trade, Los Angeles will receive Drew Gooden from the Wizards.

Update: There seems to be conflicting reports about the Cavaliers first-round draft pick and its detination.

Yahoo Sports has the pick going to Washington as originally reported. However Cleveland.com is reporting the pick to go to the Clippers. Either way, the Cavs are out of a pick in this years draft.
