Carter’s NBA Power Rankings, March 2: Cavs Remain Number One

It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve posted my rankings but here I am once again.

I think the Cavs should be in the top spot in my rankings because they have played well as of late, they have played great throughout the season against “good” teams. They also are one of very few teams who play well offensively and defensively.

Speaking of the Cavs, LeBron James is also my favorite to win the NBA MVP Award mainly because I think he’s just been playing the best out of all the players this year. He and Kevin Durant are the only two players that have scored over 1,700 total points this year. With that said, here’s how I see NBA’s top 30 teams.

Basically in order, here’s the teams that I DON’T want to play against in the playoffs if I’m a head coach of a team. Also I continue to give my NBA award races.

Carter’s Top 30 Teams:

1. Cleveland Cavaliers (47-14)

Offense Rank: 6

Defense Rank: 5

Last Ten Games: 7-3

W-L vs. +.500 Teams: 23-10
