For about a week now the consensus on this website has been that Carmelo is leaving Denver unless they do something extremely drastic with their roster.
Now, personally, I don't think the Nuggets need to freak out and start wheeling and dealing.
Let's not forget that this same roster, basically, with less talented role players, was two botched inbound plays from the NBA Finals just two seasons removed.
Then last season, the Nuggets tore through the regular season without any regard for human life, second only to the Lakers for most of the way, until their dreams of a title were cut down when George Karl had to leave to battle cancer.
So with that in mind, these are five relatively low key, fill-out-the-roster moves that are very possible for the Nugs to pull off before the 2010 season tips off.
Current Roster As Is: Billups, Afflalo, Anthony, Martin, and Nene as the starters. The bench is Lawson, Smith, Graham, Harrington, and Andersen.Begin Slideshow
