Detroit Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings is reportedly one of several players the New York Knicks are considering as they attempt to bolster the 23rd-ranked offense.

Jennings Being Monitored By Knicks Following Injury Return Friday, Jan. 1 Frank Isola of the New York Daily News reported Knicks team president Phil Jackson is looking for somebody to complement and eventually replace current starter Jose Calderon. Jennings, who recently returned to game action after an Achilles injury, is on the radar.

The 26-year-old guard has played two games since his return to the lineup. He's averaged seven points while shooting 39 percent from the floor in 19 minutes per game as the Pistons slowly work him back into the rotation.

His best season came with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2011-12 when he checked in at 19.1 points, 5.5 assists and 3.4 rebounds per contest.
