Following an injury-plagued 2015-16 season, Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal is again ailing, this time with a hamstring injury.

His playing status for Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers has yet to be announced.

Beal's MRI Results Revealed Thursday, Nov. 10 An MRI showed no damage to Beal's hamstring, indicating it was just tightness, according to J. Michael of CSNMidAtlantic.com, adding he's questionable against the Cavaliers.

Beal Comments on Injury Wednesday, Nov. 9 Beal told reporters he's OK and thinks he'll play this weekend.

Beal Crucial Second Scoring Option for Wizards The 23-year-old guard played only 11 minutes in Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics before coming out with a hamstring injury. Beal had only three points on 1-of-8 shooting before leaving the game.

Along with John Wall, Beal is the biggest key to Washington's success offensively, and he is currently producing to the tune of 17.5 points, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals per game.
