Free-agent point guard Alexey Shved is still surveying the market after a strong finish to 2014-15. A return to Europe is possible if he's unable to find the right NBA deal.

Going Back to Knicks Is 'Unlikely' Tuesday, July 14 Ian Begley of ESPN New York reports agent Mark Bartelstein stated conversations with the New York Knicks haven't yielded much progress. As a result, the guard is likely to move on, but he isn't closing the door completely.

Marc Berman of the New York Post noted remarks from another one of Shved's agents, Obrad Fimic, who confirmed the breakdown in talks with the Knicks and discussed the other options on the table: "We didn't get to the right number with the Knicks. Maybe next season. We are considering a return to Europe where we have two huge offers."

Shved is seeking the $2.8 million room exception, but New York hasn't been willing to offer that much, according to the New York Post.
