Throughout the last 25 years, the results of the No. 2 overall selections in the NBA Draft have certainly been mixed. The second-overall pick has featured at least two locks for the Hall of Fame, dozens of All-Star appearances, multiple Rookie of the Year awards, and one very special chapter yet to be written. It has also featured a handful of busts, headlined by one Darko Milicic. Tragedy has also struck several of the No. 2 picks of the last 25 years, with Len Bias overdosing before he ever played a single game in the NBA, Wayman Tisdale passing away last year, and Jay Williams’ career crashing to a premature end following a horrific motorcycle accident.
