The NHL has 12 teams in action on Friday night, and there are tons of great players to choose from. There are six teams from both conferences in action, so there will be a nice variety of stars to include in your lineup.
As always, there is a pesky $50,000 salary cap to abide by, but there are some players that you just have to go big or go home on. Without further delay, here are your picks for Friday’s action.
Center: Jason Spezza ($7,800)
Although the Dallas Stars would love to have Tyler Seguin in the lineup, the top line hasn’t missed a beat with Jason Spezza in his place. The former Ottawa Senator has 14 points in his last 10 games, and he’s averaged 4.8 fantasy points per game during that stretch.
Wingers: Jamie Benn ($8,900) and Nikita Kucherov ($4,700)
If you are going to take Spezza, it makes sense to take his running mate, Jamie Benn. The duo has been one of the NHL’s best over the last few weeks, as Benn has seven goals and six helpers for 13 points in his last 10 games.
