Brandon Dubinsky Injury: Updates on Blue Jackets Center’s Upper Body and Return

Columbus Blue Jackets center Brandon Dubinsky suffered an upper-body injury in the first period of Thursday's game against the Montreal Canadiens.

Shawn Mitchell of The Columbus Dispatch reported the details on the Blue Jackets star's status after he went down in Nationwide Arena:



Injuries have hampered Columbus all season long, pitting the club near the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings.

Losing Dubinsky for any extended time would be an added insult to the unfortunate trend. The 28-year-old forward already missed extended time in 2014-15 after undergoing surgery for an abdominal injury.
