This might be the year of the upset in the 2010 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs.

 

Or not.

 

It came right down to the wire with some teams just getting into the playoffs. See the Philadelphia Flyers and Montreal Canadiens. As for teams like Washington and San Jose, just to name a few, they have been looking forward to this for more than a month now.

 

So, do some teams overlook their opponent at this time of year? Certainly they do! It will all change after that first face-off of Game One. All the drama and all the predictions go out the window once each series starts and we are left to ponder each play and each outcome.

 

Between now and April 28th we know that the playoff party will be cut in half. Do you think there will be any series going the full seven games? Will there be any sweeps? Will ther ...
