I have been feeling pretty festive lately.

It could be because of the Calgary Flames' play of late; they've been hotter than Scarlett Johansson in nothing but a Santa hat.

Or it could be because I have got into my rum and eggnog early this year.

Nevertheless, with Christmas only three weeks away, I thought it was a good time to give the Flames and their fans their own little Christmas classic.

Something that may go down in history with Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, and Ernest Saves Christmas.

So with that being said, here is my Calgary Flames edition of the Twelve Days of Christmas.

On the first day of Christmas, the Flames gave to me, a goal from Adam Pardy.

On the second day of Christmas, the Flames gave to me, two smiles from Brent Sutter, and a goal from Adam Pardy.

On the third day of Christmas, the Flames gave to me, three wins over Chicago, two smiles from Brent Sutter, and a goal from Adam Pardy.

On the fourth day of Christmas, the Flames gave to me, four points from Conroy, three wins over Chicago, two smiles from Brent Sutter, and a goal from Adam Pardy.
