Taylor Hall Injury: Updates on Oilers Winger’s Leg and Return

Edmonton Oilers forward Taylor Hall is dealing with a cracked bone in his leg in the same area where he already had a bone bruise.   

Rob Tychkowski of the Edmonton Sun passed along the news on Tuesday:



The Oilers provided comments from interim head coach Todd Nelson about the ailment:

Hall, the first overall pick in the 2010 NHL draft, has 30 points in 42 games this season. The Oilers currently have the second-worst record in the league, which means they aren't likely to rush one of their prized players back into the lineup until he's back at full strength.
