The Pittsburgh Penguins struck first in the Stanley Cup Final with a 3-2 Game 1 win over the San Jose Sharks at Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh on Monday.

The contest was tied 2-2 with 2:33 remaining when Penguins center Nick Bonino scored the game-winner.
