Rivalries and Reunions Highlight Busy Night In The NHL

On a busy Thursday night in the NHL, a pair of interstate rivalries highlight the night.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are in Philadelphia, while the Islanders host the Rangers.

But while those games will make for some story lines, they probably won't match the intensity of Minnesota at  Montreal.

Guillaume Latendresse makes his first return back to the Bell Centre tonight, after an early season trade that sent Benoit Pouliot to Montreal. Latendresse spent 3 seasons in Montreal, totaling 82 points in 209 games played. He is sure to get a strong reception when he steps on to the ice in his home province.

Other games tonight include Dallas at Atlanta, Phoenix at Columbus, Tampa Bay at Detroit, L.A at Calgary, Nashville at Edmonton, and Anaheim at San Jose.
