Penguins 4, Islanders 2; FINAL SCORE

The NHL's hottest team comes to Long Island sporting a 10-game winning streak and the best record in the Eastern Conference.

It's not just the Penguins potent offense that has been playing well, but Pittsburgh has allowed only six goals in their last six games.

The Penguins will still be without Evgeni Malkin and Kris Letang.

The Islanders have struggled lately, losing their last two games due to third period collapses. No team has allowed more third period goals than the Isles who have permitted 45. In their last two games, Jack Capuano's bunch has permitted seven third-period goals.

Evgeni Nabokov returns between the pipes for the Islanders who remain three points out of eighth place in the race for the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.
