With the 2016 NHL draft only a month away, it's worthwhile to spotlight several clubs that have successfully used the draft to build their rosters. Tampa Bay Lightning stars Nikita Kucherov and Ondrej Palat are just a couple of notable draft selections to blossom into stars.
