The San Jose Sharks have made it to the NHL's version of the Final Four.
The conference finals are both set, as the San Jose Sharks rolled over the Nashville Predators 5-0 in Game 7 of their second-round playoff series Thursday. The Sharks won all four of their home games, and while they couldn't win a single game in the Honky Tonk, it didn't matter because the Predators were unable to break through at the SAP Center.
The Sharks will meet the St. Louis Blues in the Western Conference Final, but unlike the second-round series, the Sharks will not have home-ice advantage. The series will get underway Sunday at the Scottrade Center.
The Pittsburgh Penguins will meet the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Eastern Conference Final. The series will open Friday night at the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, and the Penguins will have home-ice advantage after beating the Presidents' Trophy-winning Washington Capitals in the second round.
