Bryan Little has agreed to a multi-year contract extension. Terms of the deal are currently unknown.

Vincent Lecavalier will undergo minor arthroscopic surgery on his left knee. Expect him to be back before preseason begins.

Although Tomas Kaberle's dad, Frantisek Sr., has stated Kaberle wants out as long as Ron Wilson is coach, don't expect that to be the case. Kaberle has maintained all along that his number one priority is to stay with the Leafs. Frantisek also mentioned how hard it is to play in Toronto, but clearly Tomas has had no trouble doing that in his illustrious career.

Aaron Asham signed a one-year contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins worth $700,000. This adds more physicality to a great lineup. Expect the Penguins to go deep into the playoffs next year.

Willie Mitchell will make his decision today. I expect him to go to the San Jose Sharks as it keeps him in the Western Conference, where the Sharks are the team with probably the best chance to represent the West in the finals.
