The 2013-14 NHL season is coming into sharp focus with the start of free agency at the end of the week.
Teams will be able to sign free agents on July 5. While the current crop of free agents don't appear to have the star power that last year's class had with Zach Parise and Ryan Suter (both signed by the Minnesota Wild), there are a number of big-name free agents who can make a big difference.
The free-agent class has been made more interesting by the compliance buyout of Vincent Lecavalier by the Tampa Bay Lightning and the possible return of former Boston Bruins goalie Tim Thomas.
Here's a team-by-team look at this year's class of free agents.
