NHL 1st-Round Draft Pick Colin White Leaves the Commissioner Hanging

Colin White wasn't in the NHL for very long before he decided to fight the power.

After the Ottawa Senators took the 18-year-old forward with the 21st overall pick, he—for some reason we might never know—totally left NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman hanging high and dry.

Yahoo Sports' Josh Cooper did what he could to explain it:

He probably shook Bettman's hand first and then opted to not do it again. Sadly, the Vine doesn't show this maybe happening. Editing perhaps? Also, the kid just got drafted. His mind was probably all over the place.

Anyone else wishing Willie Trill Cauley-Stein pulled a "too slow!" on NBA commish Adam Sliver?
