Minnesota Wild Lose Goalie Josh Harding to Serious Knee Injury

According to Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Wild have lost goalie Josh Harding to a torn ACL and MCL.

Harding was carried off the ice Friday night after multiple hits in the Wild's preseason game against the St. Louis Blues. He was taken for an MRI after the game. According to Russo, the team learned of the injury's specific before practice on Saturday morning.

Harding, 26, was 9-12-0 for the Wild last year with a 3.05 goals against average and a .905 save percentage while backing up Niklas Backstrom.
