Kronwalled on Video: Niklas Kronwall Completely Destroys Jakub Voracek

Niklas Kronwall has become notorious across the NHL for laying big hits on unsuspecting players. In Tuesday night's game against the Philadelphia Flyers, he may have laid his biggest hit yet.

With roughly 7:24 expired in the second period, Jakub Voracek was skating up the ice along the boards when Kronwall absolutely wrecked him at the blue line.

If the hit looks familiar, it's because Kronwall has done it about 10 to 12 other times against names such as Ryan Kesler, Danny Briere and Ales Hemsky.

That's just the hits from this season by the way. By far his best hit was against Martin Havlat during the 2009 Western Conference Finals against the Chicago Blackhawks.

Now, the hit against Voracek provides a challenge to the status of the Havlat hit as "the best."

Undoubtedly there will be fans calling for a suspension. It's certainly possible as it can be seen during the replay that Kronwall did make contact with the head, but the argument could also be made that if Voracek keeps his head up, Kronwall would've made contact with the body.
