The Toronto Maple Leafs entered Wednesday night clinging to a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference, but keeping it may prove to be difficult with forward Joffrey Lupul ailing. He left the team's game against Boston with a lower-body injury and has been placed on injured reserve.
