Jarome Iginla Scores 600th Career Goal vs. Kings: Latest Comments and Reaction

Colorado Avalanche right winger Jarome Iginla scored his 600th goal Monday in a 4-1 win against the Los Angeles Kings, putting him one behind Jari Kurri for No. 18 on ESPN.com's all-time NHL goals-scored list.

Bleacher Report NHL congratulated the 38-year-old Iginla, who scored 525 goals in 16 seasons with the Calgary Flames, along with 35 for the Boston Bruins and Pittsburgh Penguins, before arriving in Colorado:



Twice Iginla led the NHL in goals scored, netting a career-high 52 during the 2001-02 season. He is a six-time All-Star and the Flames' all-time leader in goals, points and games played.

His stardom was elevated to another level during the 2003-04 season when he scored 13 goals in the playoffs and took the Flames to the Stanley Cup, although they were defeated by the Tampa Bay Lightning in seven games. He has scored 37 career postseason goals, including five during the 2013-14 playoffs with the Bruins.
