For the San Jose Sharks, Stage Set for Biggest Choke Ever

Everyone in Sharks Nation wants to believe their team has this round sewn up. The players are saying the right things about the fourth game being the hardest game to win, but is this all just stage-setting for the biggest production of Sharks playoff choking in their brief history?

With a 3-0 lead in the series going into tonight's game, one must remember that if anyone can pull off a choke like this the Sharks can.

Compound that with the flip side of this. If anyone can pull off a comeback from a 0-3 series deficit, the dynasty in Detroit sure can.

This leads to exponential speculation that history can be made if the Red Wings motor their way to San Jose for Games Five and Seven.

Someone once said that a miracle is just a version of reality where you didn't expect the results to be so wonderful.

Well, Detroit's miracle can be the final blow to the most crushing series loss on a year-after-year basis since the NFL's Buffalo Bills lost four straight Super Bowls.

If there is one thing I have learned about earth while being on it is that anything is possible.

If anyone can choke like the Buffalo Bill ...
