Evander Kane Injury: Updates on Sabres Star’s Knee and Return

Buffalo Sabres star Evander Kane was forced to leave the team's Oct. 24 game against the New Jersey Devils after suffering an MCL injury that will keep him out for multiple weeks.

According to the Associated Press (via ESPN.com), "Kane collapsed after having his knee pinned to the boards in the right corner of the Devils' zone on a check from David Schlemko."

Kane's Timeline for Return Revealed Monday, Oct. 26 The Sabres confirmed Kane will miss four to six weeks as he recovers. Joe Yerdon of NHL.com added Kane will not need surgery.
