Cliff Fletcher Stars in: A Christmas Murder

On Christmas last year Professor Higgins was killed. Many people had wondered about the curious circumstances of his death. A month after the murder I was called upon to investigate by none other than Cliff Fletcher himself.

"You understand, the man was a genius!" he said. "He helped me sign Niklas Hagman cheaply, and is capable of finding out whoever is available. For instance, Phaneuf's available!"

"I thought Suter denied this," I responded.

"Yes he did. What does that have to do with anything?"

"Fair enough. Explain to me the circumstances surrounding his death."

"I went to his home. He had invited me and several students to his home. Just to chat, you know how it is."

"Naturally. So he teaches where?"

"Part time at Schulich, and The University of Toronto."

"Downtown, Mississauga or Scarborough?"

"I don't see how it matters, but downtown."

"Very likely it does not matter, but just in case we need this information."

"I see. Anyways, we had gone inside and had a lunch of baked chicken, vegetables and apple pie."

"Interesting type of lunch. What time was it?"

"It was around 12:30 to maybe one ...
