The Anaheim Ducks are one game away from the Stanley Cup Final.

Game 5 of the 2015 Western Conference Final was another entertaining affair, which saw the Ducks dominate the first period and get out to a 3-0 lead, only to surrender two late goals and find themselves faced with overtime thanks to a determined comeback from the Chicago Blackhawks.

Anaheim played a dominating opening frame, building their three-goal lead before Chicago had recorded even a single shot on goal from goals by Cam Fowler, Ryan Kesler and Sami Vatanen.

In the second period, the Blackhawks slowly regained momentum, narrowing the lead to 3-2.

Patrick Maroon added an insurance marker for the Ducks with 5:15 left in the third period, but two goals from Jonathan Toews with Chicago netminder Corey Crawford on the bench during the last 1:50 of regulation time set up the third overtime contest of the series.
