2010 Super Fantasy Rankings: Top 10 Fantasy Goaltenders

Ever wonder which fantasy rankings you should go by?   If you were in a keeper pool you would want a different ranking then if you were in a one-year pool.  Some sites focus more of young players while other sites look at players to help you win now.  Remember that some of these rankings, especially ones from magazines, are based on the players contract status at the time of print (ex. Niemi being a free agent at time of print), which could rank a player lower than their actual value. 

We have complied a list using 15 different fantasy rankings to get an average of where each player is listed.  A few sources used predicted stats in their rankings but we tried to stay away from predicted stats and just use fantasy rankings to create these "super rankings."

Here are the top 10 goalies:

1. RYAN MILLER (BUFFALO)—Miller was ranked as the No. 1 goalie on nine lists and as low as No. 8.  Don’t underrated Miller because he plays for Buffalo, all he has done is racked up wins and shutouts.  Two straight seasons of starting 58+ games with ONLY 18 losses in each of those seasons.
